1. Factory-wide Total Scrap Rate Challenge: Clear goal! Challenge the average scrap rate of the past six months (1.685%) to decrease by 20%, reaching 1.35%! Eliminate major quality abnormalities; let's work together for cost control and quality improvement!
2. Single-Process Scrap Rate Competition: Each process is the main battlefield! Select "Excellent/Improved/Needs Improvement Teams" based on the largest reduction, greatest contribution, and optimal compliance!
3. Customer Quality Requirements Competition: Production and quality teams join forces! The activity leadership team will lead the competition through exciting Q&A sessions, testing familiarity with customer quality requirements.
Individual Projects: Skills Competition, Showcasing Talent
1. Operational Standards & Equipment Maintenance Experts: On-site assessment to demonstrate expertise! Strictly evaluate job operational standards, process execution, and equipment maintenance, selecting "Operational Experts" for each position.
2. Inspection Board/Quality Knowledge Competition: Quality department elites, it's time to showcase your true skills! Group A "Inspection Board Experts" will compete in inspection skills, while Group B "Quality Role Models" will compete in quality control knowledge and inspection key points.
